Most churches outgrow the bookkeeper long before they can afford a CFO
It is one of the most common seasons in a growing church. Giving is up, the ministry is expanding, and the financial side quietly becomes more than a part-time bookkeeper or a volunteer treasurer was ever meant to carry. The pastor ends up making this month's decisions with last month's information, not for lack of care, but for lack of time and the right help.
That gap is exactly why Healthy Church CFO exists. We step into the financial leadership seat so you can lead from clarity instead of guesswork, your numbers stay current and trustworthy, and your team stays focused on ministry.
Every month, the same three reports.
No surprises.
Healthy churches run on rhythms, not heroics. The heart of the Fractional CFO relationship is a reporting rhythm you and your board or leadership team can count on, produced in Realm, the church accounting platform, and delivered the same way every month

Income Statement by Department
A one-page executive summary that tells the financial story of the month and year at a glance, written for a board to read in minutes. This one-page summary is Kerry's signature report, developed and refined over three decades of church financial work

Trained in finance. Called to ministry. Fluent in both.
Kerry Jones began in the finance world before he was called into ministry. For 17 years he served as Executive Pastor and CFO of a large church, sitting in the same seat your team sits in now. An ordained minister with an MBA in corporate finance and three decades as a church financial leader, he can read your financial statements and tell you what they actually mean, in language that makes sense from the pulpit and the boardroom alike.
More than any title, he is a friend to pastors. Every relationship starts there, and the financial counsel is built on top of it.
